Made these frame and panel drawer fronts recently. I was going to order them from a cabinet door company but the turn around time is 2-3 weeks! TOO LONG! They are simple enough to build so I just made them at the shop in about a day. I chose to miter the frames together using dowels to connect align and strengthen the joints. By the way "dowelmax" is an incredible doweling jig! Anyway, these will be painted so I just used mdf for everything. The MDF is so straight and flat, glued up really well and sanded out perfectly. Primed and spray lacquered for a baby smooth finish! Sorry didn't get pics of these painted (yet) but I hope to soon.
